Terms of Service

CanvasBirds is a cloud-based AI real estate photo editor. It enhances uploaded photos, culls duplicates and low-quality frames, and generates shareable client galleries. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per business or team workspace, as registered.

You retain full ownership of every photo you upload, including all enhanced versions we generate from them. By uploading, you grant CanvasBirds a limited license to process, store, and display your photos solely to provide the service to you.

This license ends when you delete the photos or your account. We will never sell your photos, use them in marketing, or feed them to models without your explicit written permission.

You may only upload photos you have the right to process. You may not use CanvasBirds to misrepresent a property in ways that violate MLS rules or applicable law, to process unlawful content, or to interfere with the service, probe other users’ data, or resell access without permission.

AI enhancement is photographic finishing: exposure, color, and geometry. You are responsible for ensuring your final listing photos comply with your local MLS photo rules and disclosure requirements, including labeling virtually staged images where required.

During the pilot, selected photographers receive their first full shoot free in exchange for honest feedback on the output and workflow. Pilot access is limited, offered at our discretion, and may be modified or ended with notice. Feedback you share may be used to improve the product; we will not publish your name or work without permission.

Paid plan pricing will be announced at launch and published on the pricing page before any charge. If you subscribe, you agree to the plan terms shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and your data remains available until the end of the billing period.

We work to keep CanvasBirds reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Processing times are estimates. We may update, limit, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

CanvasBirds is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost listings or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using CanvasBirds and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, your license to use the service ends, and we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: hello@canvasbirds.ai.
