Privacy Policy

CanvasBirds processes your photos to provide photo enhancement, culling, and client galleries. We do not sell your data, we do not claim ownership of your photos, and you can delete your content at any time. If you have questions, write to hello@canvasbirds.ai.

Account information: your name or company name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).

Photos and uploads: the images you upload for enhancement, along with listing titles and addresses you enter to organize your work.

Usage data: basic technical information such as pages visited, job processing times, and error logs, used to keep the service reliable.

We do not collect payment information directly. If paid plans are introduced, payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor.

Your photos are processed solely to provide the service you requested: enhancement, culling, and gallery sharing. Copies may be stored on our infrastructure and object storage to let you download results and share galleries.

You keep full ownership of every photo you upload. CanvasBirds claims no rights over your work and will never use your photos for marketing, training, or any other purpose without your explicit written permission.

Public gallery links you create are accessible to anyone with the link. Do not share gallery links publicly if the photos should stay private. Deleting a listing or your account deletes the associated photos from our systems.

We use a minimal set of cookies and browser storage: an authentication token that keeps you signed in, and basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

We keep your account data and photos while your account is active. If you delete a listing, its photos are deleted. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data and photos within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep limited records.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting hello@canvasbirds.ai. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls on our infrastructure, and separation between application data and photo storage. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected users promptly if a breach compromises personal data.

CanvasBirds is a professional tool for real estate photographers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email.
